We would like to inform you that starting June 1st, we will begin the scheduled migration of services to our new NVMe Ceph infrastructure. This upgrade is designed to permanently resolve the stability issues previously caused by brief network interruptions, which in some cases required manual server reboots to restore normal connectivity. To ensure maximum data safety and avoid any risk of corruption or data loss, each server will be migrated individually rather than all at once. During the migration process, the affected server will be properly suspended before the transfer begins, preventing unintended startups and protecting disk integrity. Each individual migration will require approximately 5 to 10 minutes of downtime per server. This gradual approach allows us to guarantee a safer transition while significantly improving long-term platform stability, storage performance, and overall service reliability. If you would prefer to schedule the migration of your server for a specific day or time, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this infrastructure improvement.

We fully understand the impact this is having on your services and business. A compensation plan will be applied automatically once the incident is resolved. We sincerely apologize for the disruption and will continue to provide regular updates until full recovery.
We are currently experiencing a major outage caused by a critical power failure at our data center provider. This issue is outside of our direct control, but we are actively working with the facility engineers, who are already on-site, to restore power and bring all systems back online safely. At this time, services have been offline for several hours. Recovery is in progress, but full restoration is taking longer than expected due to the nature of the incident. What we are doing: • Coordinating directly with the data center emergency response team • Monitoring hardware integrity during power restoration • Gradually bringing systems back online to avoid further issues
Stiamo rilevando un'interruzione che colpisce le VPS/VDS standard e Plus presso il datacenter QUPRA DC1 e numerose offerte.

Today we completed the infrastructure migration at our Amsterdam location. During the operation, a temporary downtime occurred at this location as part of the planned maintenance activities. While reconnecting the servers to the network, some connectivity issues were encountered. Our team worked promptly to resolve them, and the situation is now stabilized in the vast majority of cases. Virtual machines are currently starting up progressively. If any service is still unreachable, it is likely still in the boot process.
The scheduled maintenance window has begun. Our team is now proceeding with the infrastructure migration at the Amsterdam datacenter. Services affected by this maintenance are currently being taken offline progressively. We will provide further updates as the operation progresses.
We would like to inform you that a scheduled maintenance window has been planned for February 18, 2026. Scheduled window: February 18, 2026 — 06:30 to 23:20 CET Estimated duration: 16 hours 50 minutes During this period, the following services will be temporarily unavailable: VPS, Plus VPS, VDS, Plus VPS, and selected Offer plans (all except W and D). This maintenance involves a full infrastructure migration at our Amsterdam datacenter location. The operation is necessary to upgrade our infrastructure and improve long-term reliability and performance. What to expect: • Services will be progressively brought offline at the start of the window • Our team will be monitoring the migration in real time • Status updates will be posted here throughout the process We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
