Ordering a Service
Choosing a plan
Every product page on the website lists what the plan includes and what it costs on each billing cycle. Longer cycles usually cost less per month, and the cycle you pick is the one you will be renewed on until you change it.
If a plan shows as out of stock, that configuration is temporarily unavailable — open a ticket and we will tell you when it is back.
The cart
Adding a plan takes you to the cart, where you can change the billing cycle, add a second service, or apply a discount code before paying. The total is recalculated live, so what you see is what will be charged.
Checkout
At checkout you either sign in or create an account. We ask for the billing details that go on the invoice — make sure they are correct, because the invoice is issued with exactly what you enter.
You then choose how to pay: PayPal, card, a bank or local method through Mollie, cryptocurrency, or your account credit if the balance covers the total.
What happens after you pay
Payment is what triggers the setup. As soon as the invoice is settled, the order is provisioned automatically and the service appears under Services.
For a VPS this usually takes a couple of minutes: the server is created, the operating system you chose is installed, and the access details are shown on the service page. Game servers and web hosting follow the same pattern with their own panels.
Your order number
Each order gets a public order number — a ten-digit code shown next to the order. Quote it when you contact support and we will find the order instantly, without having to ask you a series of questions.
If setup does not complete
Occasionally an order stays in pending after payment, usually because a check on our side or the upstream panel needs a human. Nothing is lost and you are not charged twice — open a ticket with your order number and we will finish the setup manually.
