Client Area Overview
What the dashboard is for
The client area is where everything about your account happens: the services you have bought, the invoices we issue, the payment methods you keep on file, and the conversations you have with our support team.
It is a separate application from the public website, so it has its own address. You sign in once and stay signed in until you log out or the session expires.
The main sections
The sidebar is organised around the questions you are most likely to have.
- **Services** — everything you are paying for, with its status and renewal date. Open one to manage it.
- **Orders** — the history of what you ordered and when, including orders still being set up.
- **Invoices** — issued, paid and overdue invoices, each downloadable as a PDF.
- **Payment methods** — the PayPal accounts and cards saved for renewals.
- **Credit** — your account balance, top-ups and the ledger of every movement.
- **Tickets** — support requests, with attachments and full history.
- **Affiliate** — your referral link, commissions and payouts.
- **Firewall** — the anti-DDoS panel for services that include it.
- **Profile** — personal and billing details, security settings and connected accounts.
The home page
The first page after login summarises what needs your attention: services approaching renewal, unpaid invoices, open tickets and your current credit balance. If something is wrong — an overdue payment or a suspended service — it appears here first.
Where to go next
If you have just placed your first order, the next thing to read is how a service moves from pending to active. If you are here about money, start with how billing works.
