Paying with PayPal

01

Paying an invoice

Choose PayPal on the invoice and a PayPal window opens. Approve the payment there and you are returned to the dashboard, where the invoice is marked paid — usually within seconds.

If the service was suspended for that invoice, reactivation follows automatically.

02

Saving PayPal for renewals

During payment you can allow us to charge that PayPal account again in the future. Once saved, it appears under Payment methods and can be set as default so renewals are charged automatically.

You can withdraw that permission at any time by removing the method from the dashboard.

03

If the money left but the invoice is unpaid

This is almost always a return trip interrupted — the browser was closed, or the network dropped between PayPal and us — while the payment itself completed on PayPal's side.

Do not pay a second time. Open a ticket with the PayPal transaction ID and the invoice number, and we will match them up manually.

04

Currency

Payments are taken in the currency shown on the invoice. If your PayPal account is in another currency, PayPal converts it at its own rate and adds its own conversion fee, which is why the amount debited by your bank can differ slightly from the invoice total.
