Mollie is the gateway we use for European payment methods that are not cards or PayPal — bank transfers and the local methods people actually use in their own country. The exact list you see depends on where you are.
How it works
Pick Mollie on the invoice, choose the method, and you are taken to your bank or the method's own flow. When it completes you come back to the dashboard and the invoice is updated.
Instant and not-instant methods
Some methods confirm in seconds; a plain bank transfer can take a working day or more to arrive.
This matters when a service is about to be suspended: if you are paying at the last minute, use an instant method, or pay from account credit and top the credit up afterwards.
If it stays pending
An invoice paid by transfer stays unpaid in the dashboard until the money actually reaches us — that is normal, not an error. If it has been more than a couple of working days, open a ticket with the payment reference.
