Your profile lists recent sign-ins with the date, the approximate location and the device or browser used. It is worth glancing at occasionally — it is the quickest way to notice access you did not authorise.
Reading it sensibly
Locations come from IP geolocation and are approximate: a nearby city, or your provider's exit point rather than where you physically are. A login from the right country under a slightly wrong city name is normal, and a VPN will move you across the map entirely.
If something is genuinely not you
Act in this order.
- Change your password immediately.
- Enable two-factor authentication, or add a passkey, if it is not on already.
- Check payment methods and profile details for changes you did not make.
- Open a ticket so we can look at the account from our side.
