Creating an Account
Signing up
You can register before ordering or during checkout — it is the same account either way. You need an email address you can actually receive mail at: invoices, renewal reminders and password resets all go there.
Verifying your email
After registering we send a verification link. Verifying matters for more than tidiness: an unverified address counts against you in our automated fraud checks, and it is the address we use if we need to reach you urgently about a service.
If the message has not arrived, check spam first, then request it again from your profile.
If your order is held for review
A first order can occasionally be flagged for a manual check. It is not an accusation — the checks are automatic and deliberately cautious, especially on a brand new account.
A review is normally cleared quickly. Verifying your email and filling in complete, accurate billing details is the fastest way through it.
One account, many services
You do not need a separate account per service. Everything you buy lives under the same login, with its own invoices and its own management page.
