Opening a Support Ticket

01

Where tickets live

Open a ticket from the Tickets section of the dashboard. Writing from inside your account means we already know who you are and which services are yours — no identity checks, no delay.

02

What to put in it

The difference between a ticket answered once and a ticket that takes four exchanges is usually the first message. Include:

  • **Which service** — the label, IP or order number. "My VPS" is ambiguous if you have three.
  • **What you expected and what happened instead**, in that order.
  • **When it started**, and whether anything changed just before.
  • **The exact error**, copied as text rather than described from memory.
  • **What you already tried**, so we do not send you round the same loop.
03

Following the conversation

Replies appear in the ticket and are emailed to you. You can reply from the dashboard, where the full history stays in one place.

When the matter is settled the ticket is closed. Reopen it, or open a new one referencing it, if the same problem comes back.

04

Urgent things

For a service that is completely down, say so plainly in the subject and give the IP or order number in the first line. Vague subjects slow down the one thing you want to be fast.
