Commissions and Payouts

A commission is generated when a referred order is paid, not when it is placed. An unpaid order produces nothing, which is why your balance can move a while after the referral happened.

Request a payout from the affiliate page. Two routes are available.

• **As account credit** — applied to your balance immediately and usable on your own invoices.
• **As a payout** — processed by our team; open a ticket if you need to arrange the details.

If a referred order is refunded or reversed, the commission it generated is reversed with it. That is normal accounting, not an error — the underlying sale no longer exists.

Affiliate earnings may be taxable income where you live. We do not withhold anything and do not give tax advice: what you declare, and how, is between you and your own tax authority.
