From today, the DeluxHost panel lives at cloud.deluxhost.net. The old address, dash.deluxhost.net, is being retired: soon it will show a notice and take you to the new panel automatically. This is more than a new domain: DeluxHost Cloud is a new control panel, rebuilt from scratch.
Why a new panel
The old dashboard grew one piece at a time, together with us. Every new product, from game servers to storage boxes, added another section, and over time managing different services meant jumping between screens that worked in different ways. Instead of adding more pieces, we started again from the way you actually manage your servers.
- Faster and clearer. Every service has its own page with the same tabs: overview, usage, network, backups, billing. Learn it once and you find your way everywhere.
- Everything in one place. VPS, dedicated servers, game servers, web hosting and storage boxes, together with invoices, payments and support.
- Where new features land. Every new feature is built for Cloud. The old dashboard will no longer be updated, so we are moving everyone over.
What you will find in DeluxHost Cloud
- Console and recovery in the browser: VNC and serial console, your own ISO images, rescue mode and OS reinstalls.
- Backups and snapshots for VPS, from the server's page.
- Firewall and attack reports: per-server rules, anti-DDoS rules for your applications and the details of the attacks filtered on your IPs.
- Teams and projects: invite colleagues with different permissions and group services into projects.
- API tokens to automate what you do in the panel.
- More flexible billing: card, bank transfer, crypto and account credit, with automatic renewals from your balance.
- Faster support: when you open a ticket we suggest the most relevant guides, now more than 60, written for the new panel.
What changes for you
Almost nothing:
- Same account. Sign in with the email and password you already use. No new registration.
- Nothing to migrate. Your services, invoices, payment methods and tickets are already there.
- 2FA and passkeys keep working. Your two-factor authentication and the passkeys you already registered work on cloud.deluxhost.net too: nothing to set up again.
- Sign in once more. Sessions do not move between domains, so you will be asked to log in again the first time.
- Update your bookmarks and password manager to cloud.deluxhost.net.
- API unchanged. Integrations using api.deluxhost.net and your API tokens are not affected.
Something not working?
We are still polishing some details, and every report helps. If something does not work, or you miss a feature from the old dashboard, open a ticket from the new panel: we read it and we fix it.
